Section 01 · The Problem

A voicemailis a lost job. It just hasn't told you yet.

Homeowners with leaking pipes don't leave messages. They tap the next Google result. Here's what that actually costs.

  • i.
Hands dirty, phone in the truck

You physically can't answer mid-job. And you can't stop every 20 minutes to check messages. The work itself pays the bills.

  • ii.
    Answering services don't speak trades

$400+/mo for a generic script that never asks about access, flooding, no-heat, or whether the homeowner has a photo of the panel.

  • iii.
    Voicemail is a graveyard

Fewer than 1 in 5 callers leave one, and the ones who do are often the lowest-intent leads to begin with.

  • iv.
You never see what you lost

Missed calls are invisible. You finish the job, drive home, and never know that a $2,400 water heater replacement bounced to your competitor at 11:04 AM.

What your caller actually hears

No hold music, no phone tree. When you don't pick up, the call forwards to us and a warm voice answers within seconds, by your business name:

"Hi, you've reached Torres Plumbing & Heating. They couldn't get to the phone, but I can help get you taken care of. What's going on?"
· The default greeting: it answers with your business name
· It's an AI assistant, and it's honest about that if a caller asks
· Captures the problem, the address, and the urgency, then tells the caller you'll follow up shortly. It never promises times or prices on your behalf.
· Junk calls and robocallers get politely hung up on. No lead spam.

What a rescued lead actually looks like.

An actual lead captured by First Ring Pro. Name, number, and address changed; everything else is real. Don't take our word for it: call the demo line at (860) 364-8454 and get one of these texted to you.

We're new. So here's the deal.

First Ring Pro started with family and friends in the trades who kept losing jobs to missed calls. Our founder had the background to fix it, and built exactly that. Now we're signing our first hundred operators, and we'd rather show you the product than invent reviews. What founding operators get instead:

Your rate never goes up. Founding operators keep $149/mo for as long as they keep the line.

Locked at $149/mo
Questions go to the person who built it. You text the founder directly; there is no ticket queue to get lost in.

Section 06 · Q & A

Straight answers.

Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. Your number stays as-is. We use conditional call forwarding, a standard carrier feature. Calls only route to us if you don't pick up. The activation code differs by carrier (*71on Verizon; T-Mobile and AT&T use their own codes), so we text you the exact code for yours, and the one that turns it off again, anytime.
What does a caller actually hear when you pick up?+
A warm, live voice that answers with your business name: "Hi, you've reached [your shop]. They couldn't get to the phone, but I can help get you taken care of." It's an AI assistant, and it's honest about that if asked. It captures the problem, address, and urgency, then tells the caller you'll follow up shortly. Callers on mobile can switch to text and send photos.
How does it know anything about plumbing / HVAC / electric?+
The intake is trained specifically for residential trades. It asks about access, urgency (flooding, no-heat, no-power), and photos, and it knows an active leak is an emergency while a slow drain can wait. You can add notes to customize how it handles calls for your shop.
What if the caller wants a real person?+
The assistant never pretends to be you. It tells the caller you'll follow up shortly and gets the details so you can call back knowing the story. It never promises arrival times or prices on your behalf; that stays your call.
What about spam and robocalls?+
Junk calls get politely ended. A lead summary is only sent when there's an actual job with a problem, a location, and a level of urgency, so a warranty robocall never lands on your phone as a "lead."
What happens if the AI can't handle a call?+
If our voice agent can't connect for any reason, the call automatically falls back to a simple guided intake that still captures the basics. Every call is logged either way; you see everything we captured, always.
How fast do I get the lead?+
Your lead summary (problem, address, urgency, plus any photos) typically hits your phone and inbox within a minute or two of the caller hanging up.
What number do the texts come from?+
Our verified toll-free line. Every text opens with your business name, so your customer always knows who they're talking to, and standard STOP/HELP keywords work as required.
Where do you operate?+
Anywhere in the US. English-only for now; Spanish is on the roadmap. Lead summaries go to one alert number and one email today; more recipients are coming.
